Course Description:
Participants will be reminded of established rules, along with changes to ODRE Rules and Policy. They will recognize Fiduciary and Customer Duties as prescribed in ORC. 4735. as well as other required Agency Rules and Policy, mainly from 4735.62. Participants will define elements of misrepresentation and discuss its applications in practice. They will evaluate known risk management techniques.
