Class Description:
Course Objectives:
Participants will be exposed to a wide range of issues, ranging from Contracts and how best to write them effectively, to better understanding their obligations under law, and ethics, to provide the vital fiduciary duty of confidentiality to the public. Then they will explore the proper handling of offers and counter offers. Finally, they will learn of emerging issues affecting real estate transactions and relationships. They will learn how best to navigate these various issues successfully.
