Class Description:
Participants will define elements of misrepresentations, failures to disclose, and applications to real estate practice. They will, throughout the course, evaluate known risk reduction and risk management techniques. Participants will gain a broad understanding of various current risk issues. In learning to mitigate, and / or avoid these issues, they will able to better protect the consumers they serve, and provide a safer and better managed real estate transaction.
