Class Description:
This course meets the requirements of HB 532 which requires all Ohio Brokers and Managers to complete an additional "special" 3 hrs. each education cycle. HB 532 recognizes that those persons involved in the operation and management of a brokerage should take special training to assure that they are knowledgeable about their license law obligations as well as other issues involved in running a successful real estate business. All Brokers and Managers, including those over 70 are required to complete this special training.
