Class Description:
We will explore the top negotiation mistakes, and discover and slay a host of negotiation "mistakes" made by practicioners! And, we will discuss the "cues" that help give us some insights in to what the other parties may be thinking or feeling. Then, we will uncover several "principles of influence" that will help us to facilitate a successful negotiation.
